What is asphalt spraying?

Asphalt spraying is one of the modern asphalt processes. Another process is grinding and stabilizing. It is an asphalt recycling method developed as an environmentally friendly alternative to asphalt maintenance and repair.

Asphalt milling removes some of the top layers of the paved surface. Spare parts removal and collection continues. Then mix with new soil. The new floor is placed on the plinth to create a new surface. This process avoids complete reconstruction of the structure.

Spraying is crushing or grinding by applying an external force to a hard material. This reduces the material to pieces that are smaller than its original size.

The economical advantage of spraying asphalt

Asphalt dust as a surface cleaning method has many advantages. The recycling process reduces the negative impact on the environment, but also lowers the overall cost. Therefore:

  • Fewer new materials are used, but a solid, paved surface is obtained

  • Minimal effort and less resources are required to remove asphalt

  • Less traffic disruption

  • Reduces cracks and extends the life of the plaster

  • This causes less tweaking and tweaking

  • The excess material can be reused later in the project

  • Allows the base to be graded to cover the slope deficit

  • Remove free material as it stays in place

  • An obvious choice
