How To Replace Your Stolen Driving Licence

Driving with a suspended license is never recommended and does not allow you to legally drive on the roads. Unfortunately, many people just don't know that and forget to get their licences renewed before it's too late. 

If your driving licence is stolen, you will need to replace the stolen driving licence as soon as possible. If you do not have a valid driving licence, you cannot legally drive and could be subject to fines or jail time. Replacing your driving licence can be done in several ways: – Go to your local driver licensing office.

– Request a duplicate card from the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) You will need to provide proof of identities, such as a passport or birth certificate, and proof of residency, such as a utility bill. 

If replacing your driving licence online, you will also need to bring copies of these documents with you to the driver's licensing office. You may also be required to take a written test, provide documentary evidence of car insurance and pay an application fee.

If you have your driving license stolen, there are a few things that you need to do in order to replace it. The first step is to call the Driver License Bureau in your state. They will need your name, date of birth, and social security number in order to process the replacement.
